Starting May 5, 2026, Zendesk is introducing a major update to its AI offerings: AI Ticket Summaries will be available to all customers on Suite Professional plans and above at no additional cost.

Understanding Usage Allowances
Because this powerful tool is being included in your existing plan at no extra cost, it comes with a monthly "usage allowance":

| Pooled Usage | The total uses are shared across your team (e.g., 20 agents = 100 uses total). |
| 500 Use Cap | Even for accounts with 100+ agents, the free allowance is capped at 500 uses per month. |
Note: Customers who already have the Zendesk Copilot add-on enjoy unlimited usage and are not affected by these limits.
Rollout Schedule
The rollout starts on May 5, 2026, and is expected to be completed by May 6. You do not need to take any action; the feature will be automatically enabled in your Agent Workspace side panel.
